My name is Erynne Biggs and I am a goal driven and highly organized instructional designer and E-Learning developer. I have a passion for creating meaningful designs and documents using the ADDIE framework that ensure learner success.

My strengths include specializing in the design and development of customized interactive E-Learning solutions. I utilize Articulate 360, Storyline, and Canva to deliver visually appealing and pedagogically sound courses. I am confident in my ability to design storyboards, design documents, and job aids that result in learner success. 

I have extensive experience with data analysis and identifying gaps in learning. I am highly capable in using data to drive both instructor led training and virtual instructor led training. I am a well-rounded individual and I look forward to using my skills to support learning and ensure success. 

My design process follows the ADDIE framework. I analyze gaps in learners' understanding and use the data results to design and develop learning opportunities. Then I implement the design. Data driven results will then be used to determine if learners are successful or if more learning is required.

In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors with my dog. I also love to sing and paint! I also recently married and became Erynne Biggs.
