Process: I began by analyzing solutions that improve time management skills including the quadrant chart created by Dwight D. Eisenhower and adapted by Steven Covey. Then I designed a design document and storyboard and to provide a detailed overview of this course. Finally, I developed this course on Storyline 360.
Kirkpatrick's level 2 of evaluation: This course includes three ungraded scenario-based knowledge checks assessing terminal objectives. A final graded assessment is included at the end of the course.

Audience: The audience consists of new employees who work on machinery to produce pet products for Jones and Smith Manufacturing. These learners need to improve how they manage their time while on the clock and on breaks. These employees are mainly in their twenties or thirties and are of various genders. They are new hires at Jones and Smith Manufacturing.
Business Problem: Jones and Smith Manufacturing has experienced turnover and new hires are not managing their time well. This has resulted in productivity decreasing by 15% since 2022 and an insufficient amount of pet products being sold. This is decreasing company profits by 20%.
Solution: The goal of Jones and Smith Manufacturing is to improve employee time management to increase production by 10%. After completing this course, employees will manage their time effectively and increase their productivity.

Audience: The audience consists of employees who work on flammable machinery at Jones and Smith Manufacturing. These employees range in age from 18 to 60 and include various genders. These employees currently lack the ability to follow the established safety plans during emergency drills.
Business Problem: Employees have not accurately implemented the fire emergency plan during drills. This behavior is cause for concern as inaccurate implementation could put employees at risk during a fire emergency.
Solution: The fire department's goal is to improve employee response time during a fire emergency. After taking this course, employees will increase their efficiency in exiting the building during an emergency, hence increasing their safety.
