Then I designed a storyboard and design document to provide a detailed overview of this course. Finally, I developed this course on Storyline 360.

Audience: The audience consists of new employees who work on machinery to produce pet products for Jones and Smith Manufacturing. These learners need to improve how they manage their time while on the clock and on breaks. These employees are mainly in their twenties or thirties and are of various genders. They are new hires at Jones and Smith Manufacturing. These new employees are skilled at using the machinery but need to improve their time management skills to increase productivity by 10%.
Business Problem: Jones and Smith Manufacturing has experienced turnover and new hires are not managing their time well. This has resulted in productivity decreasing by 15% since 2022 and an insufficient amount of pet products being sold. This is decreasing company profits by 20%.
Solution: The goal of Jones and Smith Manufacturing is to improve employee time management to increase production by 10%. After completing this course, employees will manage their time effectively and increase their productivity.

Fire Safety Plan Implementation-Rise 360
Audience: Jones and Smith Manufacturing is a manufacturing business that works with heavy machinery. The employees at Jones and Smith Manufacturing; some of whom work on machinery that could be flammable.
Business Problem: Employees have not accurately implemented the fire emergency plan during drills. This is cause for concern as inaccurate implementation could put employees at risk during a fire emergency.
Solution: Jones and Smith Manufacturing’s goal is to improve employee response time during a fire emergency. After taking this course, employees will increase their efficiency in exiting the building during an emergency, hence increasing their safety.

Audience: The primary learners are the new groomers at Gorgeous Grooms. These are groomers who are experienced with most dogs but need to learn to groom dogs with anxiety.
Business Problem: Currently, anxious dogs are not groomed successfully or to the customer’s liking due to a lack of understanding of how to interact with a dog with anxiety.
Solution: All groomers will successfully groom all dogs, including dogs with anxiety. This will increase the number of customers Gorgeous Grooms receives by at least 10%.

Audience: Andy is a professional learning to form emails to the various people she works with. This course is designed to help her understand the proper steps to follow when writing a workplace email.
